MRKT Coffee Bar Manager

Overview

The MRKT Manager oversees a high-volume, fast-paced coffee and food grab-and-go operation known for incredible food and original, ever-changing beverages. This venue operates from early morning through late evening to serve everyone from caffeine-seeking early risers to guests looking for a late-night ice cream cone. The ideal candidate is an operational leader with a passion for quality, speed, and guest experience.

Starting salary $70,304 #towncountrySD

• Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
• Leads and supervises the outlets team
• Prepares forecasts and reports and assists in the development of the food & beverage budget
• Ensures physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant, including inspecting tabletops and side stations
• Takes initiative to develop and execute new promotions, events, etc.
• Conducts monthly staff meetings to include ongoing training and safety classes
• Responsible for daily report input and log book entries
• Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
• Tracks payroll and revenue daily

Experience, Education requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or four year degree in field of choice preferred
• At least two to three years supervisory food and beverage experience required
• Must possess valid Food Handler’s card
