Responsibilities:
As Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for serving menu items and/or beverages to guests, continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in is ideal, but willing to train food service professionals looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
