Compensation: Starting at $17.25 per hour, + Tips. Up to $2 - $6 per hour varies by shift.

** Plus a monthly bonus of up to an additional $5 per hour if bonus criteria is met as a team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years cashier and cash handling experience in a restaurant setting.
• 1+ years of experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• 1+ years of experience using third-party order apps such as Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Postmates, Door Dash, or delivery services preferred.

Skills:

• Good math skills.
• Strong command of the English language (bilingual Spanish speaking a plus).
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to answer phones and greet customers and take orders.
• Enjoy working with a good team.

Abilities:

• Cash handling experience in a restaurant.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Pleasantly greet customers and explain the menu as needed.
• Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency and a smile.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure all orders are processed correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant dining & work area.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and business operations.
