Overview

Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina is the epitome of the San Diego experience, located in the heart of Mission Bay surrounded by the best beaches and close to Sea World and Belmont Park. This resort-style property is on the water with pools and waterslides and offers sunsets in southern California. We are looking for top talent to share these experiences with our guests.

• Red Marlin Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations.
• Maintain an attractive bar and stay familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Engage in casual conversation, showcase creativity, and build on your own bartending style and experiences.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• RBS Training Card and Food Handlers Card.
• Minimum of 1 year bartender experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.75/hr.
