We are hiring Part-time Dishwasher at Gyu-Kaku San Diego, CA.

• Follows sanitation standards and always keeps workstation clean and sanitized.
• 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and grilling equipment.
• Helps with other tasks as assigned by Manager on Duty.
• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available.
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation.

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
• Must maintain good hygiene.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm.
• Be a team player with strong work ethics.
• Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year).

• Minimum wage $17.25 + Tip.
• Raise regularly based on performance.
