Dishwasher – The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill

Join the team as a Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.

Dishwasher duties involve keeping the dishwashing area organized and efficient, washing dishes and utensils, practicing food safety and sanitation, restocking kitchen and cook line supplies as needed, and performing general cleaning of the restaurant.

• Maintain the availability of clean dishes at all times.
• Clean kitchen appliances and machines.
• Buss tables to collect soiled plates and flatware.
• Adhere to all kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
• Take out and rinse trash.
• Demonstrate teamwork throughout the shift.
• Follow standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning and presentation procedures.
• Maintain organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Cross-train to other positions when opportunities arise.

• Good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety and hygiene.
• Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
