The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical leadership role on the dining room floor, ensuring that service standards consistently reflect Arlo’s elevated vision. This individual will lead by example, train and mentor service staff, and maintain a refined, guest-focused environment that turns first-time diners into guests for life.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, polished service

  • Uphold and enforce Arlo’s service standards with consistency and attention to detail

  • Train, coach, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality

  • Actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable experiences

  • Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment between service and cuisine

  • Monitor floor flow, pacing, and presentation to support an elevated dining experience

  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement

  • Maintain a professional, calm, and inspiring presence during high-volume or high-expectation service periods

Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-aspiring restaurant environment

  • Strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest engagement

  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a hospitality team

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
