The Team is currently seeking their next Food Server to join the amazing Food and Beverage team in Hudson & Nash.

Hilton Sanijfauexand Bayfront – One Park Blvd, San Diego 92101

• The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays without restrictions.
• A minimum 1 year of food server experience with knowledge of food and beverage service, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non‑alcoholic beverages, cuisines, accompaniments, and enhancing the overall dining experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment.
• A passion for being a welcoming presence with a genuine spirit to serve our guests.

Shift Pattern: Full‑Time (subject to occupancy & seniority)

Hourly Rate: $17

Socal per hour plus tips

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the appropriate point‑of‑sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well‑stocked at all times.
