Associate I/II/III, Immunology & Biomarker Overview

Enqu Bio, a dynamic technology-driven discovery and service company, is actively searching for a highly capable and self-motivated Research Associate to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego. As a key member of the Immunology and Biomarker Discovery team, you will play a critical role in advancing our scientific initiatives and contributing to the success of our drug discovery projects.

Responsibilities
  • Help with ligand-binding assays including ELISA and MSD.
  • Perform nucleic acid extractions, QC and Real-time PCR.
  • Handle animal tissues, extract protein, and perform western blotting.
  • Assist in cell line and primary cell phenotyping using flow cytometry.
  • Assistance with in vitro immunology experiments, such as isolating PBMCs, activating T cells, differentiating macrophages, and more.
  • Assist in interpreting data, conveying experimental findings, and producing thorough project reports.
  • Perform job-specific tasks in strict compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform support functions as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor in immunology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a closely related field
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to multitask across several research areas/projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Excellent organization and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and data analysis software
