- Good communication and data management skills – Prizm
- Extraction, purification, and quantification of RNA/DNA
- Gene expression profiling – RTPCRFamiliarity with microarray profiling a plus – Affymetrix gene-chips
- Cell Biology Techniques
Standard in vitro tissue culture techniques (aseptic) - Handling suspension (immune) cell cultures – Whole Blood, PBMC
- Isolation of sub-populations by magnetic beads
- Processing supernatants for cytokine measurements – ELISA, MSD Platform, Luminex Platform
- Handling both small molecules and biologics (antibodies) for cell treatments
- Assay Development and Screening
Experience with co-cultures (2D/3D), primary cultures, and organoids are a plus - Familiarity with Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, and Automation are a plus
- Background in one or more of the following:
Immunology, Oncology, Neurology - Extraction, purification, and quantification of RNA/DNA
- Gene expression profiling – RTPCR with familiarity of microarray profiling and Affymetrix gene-chips (preferred)
