POSTDOCTORAL POSITION
Immune and Brain Function Research | Innovative Therapeutics Development | Machine Learning & AI Integration

Positions available immediately for highly motivated recent PhDs and/or MDs to join multidisciplinary teams conducting translational and basic science research.
Research AreasSuccessful candidates will contribute to cutting-edge projects integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches including:
- Single-cell genomics studies generating comprehensive cellular atlases of human and nonhuman primate brain regions, examining transcriptomic and epigenetic landscapes and their alterations by viruses and drugs, utilizing ML/AI for data integration and predictive modeling
- Design and evaluation of novel RNA vaccines and gene therapies employing AI-driven sequence optimization and immunogenicity prediction
- RNA biology mechanisms underlying immune functions and their modulation by RNA viruses and cancer, leveraging machine learning for RNA structure prediction and regulatory network analysis
- Epitranscriptomic regulation of cancer and host-pathogen interactions using AI-based pattern recognition and multi-omics data integration
- Development and application of human stem cell-derived 3D organoids and disease models with machine learning approaches for phenotype analysis and predictive modeling
- Structure-based drug design, synthesis, and targeted protein degradation strategies powered by AI-driven molecular modeling and generative chemistry
iPSC generation and differentiation, human brain and lung organoid models, CRISPR, RNAi, RNA/gene delivery systems, single-cell genomics (scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq), spatial transcriptomics, bioinformatics, machine learning/AI algorithms, deep learning frameworks, in vitro/in vivo models, computational drug design and synthesis, biochemical kinetics assays.
QualificationsStrong training in biochemistry, bioinformatics, immunology, neuroscience, molecular/cell biology, virology, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, computational biology, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science. Experience with ML/AI applications in biological research is highly desirable. Demonstrated publication record and ability to conduct independent research required.
