Research AreasThe lab employs computational methods like bioinformatics, modeling, and molecular dynamics, alongside experimental techniques such as NMR, X-ray crystallography, lipid cubic phase crystallography, chemical synthesis, bioconjugation, and cellular assays. Candidates with additional skills like cryo-EM are encouraged to apply.
Basic Qualifications- Molecular cloning, mammalian cell culture, protein expression & purification
- Biophysical and structural characterization of proteins (FRET, NMR, Cryo-EM, X-ray)
- Computational biology and programming (Python, Perl, Bash, C++)
- Proven research productivity with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with membrane protein expression, purification, and structural biology
- Computational biophysics, high-performance computing, GPU acceleration
- Proficiency with molecular modeling and simulation software
- Skills in bioinformatics, statistics, clustering, machine learning
