Qualifications

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in real estate law and litigation is highly preferred
