Buyer’s Agent Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and professional licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to build a strong and consistent buyer focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for agents who want structure, coaching, and the ability to work with motivated buyers while delivering a high level client experience. A real estate license is required before working with clients, and this opportunity operates on a commission based structure.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ You will learn how to guide buyers through the full purchase process, from initial consultation through closing. This includes learning how to build trust, understand client needs, provide clear market insight, and create a personalized experience rooted in communication, service, and professionalism. You will work alongside top producing agents and team leadership who operate with consistency and high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Qualifications
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
Compensation

$140,000+
