You will step into a focused development path that combines nationally recognized training, daily mentorship, and a clear plan for execution. The emphasis is on learning how to analyze deals, build investor relationships, and develop the confidence and skill set required to perform in a competitive commercial environment. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+ This path is well suited for adaptable professionals transitioning from residential real estate, sales, or other performance driven industries who want to learn to grow inside commercial investment sales with a respected national brand.

Compensation: $160,000 at plan

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through proactive client outreach, including making 60+ cold calls daily, setting meetings, and attending industry events
  • Provide expert advice to clients on achieving their investment real estate objectives related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Conduct in-depth property analyses, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research
  • Stay informed on the local market and current industry trends through continuous research
  • Market exclusive property listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers
  • Build new client relationships and expand your network by connecting with industry professionals
  • Lead negotiations for exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
  • Engage in top-tier training and continuous professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
