Overview

Showing Agent Opportunity Who you work with matters. This Showing Agent opportunity is designed for someone who wants to learn how to build consistency in real estate while developing the skills needed to grow into a producing Buyer’s Agent. You will support client tours, open houses, and buyer communication while learning inside a structured environment that emphasizes accountability, repetition, and growth.

A real estate license is required before working with clients or must be actively in progress. This opportunity includes rewarding commissions tied to performance. In this opportunity, you will work closely with experienced Buyer’s Agents and gain real exposure to the daily activities that drive steady production. The focus is on learning how to build strong buyer relationships, communicate clearly, and follow proven systems that create repeatable habits.

You will develop confidence through hands on experience while learning how consistent activity leads to long term results. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+ This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who values structure, mentorship, and a clear development path toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent while building momentum in real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
Qualifications
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Real estate license required
  • Sales communication experience
Compensation

$150,000 per year
