You’ll represent Routt Home Team in every deal. That means treating clients like family, communicating clearly, and doing what you say you’re going to do.

You’ll work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors—the whole spectrum. You’ll leverage our systems and marketing, so you’re not starting from scratch. You’ll collaborate with the team when it makes sense.

And yeah, you’ll work hard. This isn’t a 9‑5. Real estate doesn’t work that way. But you’ll build something you’re proud of.
