Our office is 4 blocks from the beach in an incredible building with windows front and back. Yeah, the location is amazing. But that s not why you should join us.

You'll represent Routt Home Team in every deal. That means treating clients like family, communicating clearly, and doing what you say you re going to do.

You'll work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors—the whole spectrum. You'll leverage our systems and marketing, so you're not starting from scratch. You'll collaborate with the team when it makes sense.

And yeah, you ll work hard. This isn t a 9-5. Real estate doesn t work that way. But you ll build something you re proud of.
