We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join a top-performing real estate team focused on strategic growth and consistent results. In this role, you’ll identify property opportunities, build rapport with sellers and investors, and manage transactions from first contact through closing. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and operate within a system designed to support lead generation, sales activity, and long-term success.

• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
