Responsibilities
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Prospect for acquisition properties

Qualifications
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal‑oriented personality
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Real Estate License required
  • Commission opportunity
Compensation

Compensation: $140,000 at plan. $140,000 per year.
