You will learn how to guide motivated buyers with clarity, negotiate with confidence, and manage each stage of the purchase process from initial consultation through closing. You will work directly alongside top producing agents who operate with high standards for accountability, communication, and consistency. Their mentorship supports skill development, stronger client relationships, and habits that lead to long term production.

- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for home buyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective home buyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Search for prospective home buyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Willingness and ability to obtain a real estate license
- Find potential commercial buyers and properties
- Follow the team plan
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
