Broker Trainee

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate has a 12-month “Runnership Program” where you work closely with senior brokers in the marketing, financial analysis and general assistance of all types and sizes of shopping centers and commercial real estate product.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a desire to excel in a professional environment. We are seeking an entrepreneurial candidate who possesses integrity, the ability to problem solve, good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Computer experience preferred in financial analysis, word processing, and data base management software. BA/BS from a four-year college/university and a Department of Real Estate license is required within 3 months of starting this position.
