Showing Agent Opportunity

Are you considering a change in real estate and looking for a way to learn the business from the inside while earning rewarding commissions? We are looking for a Showing Agent to support a top‑producing real estate team by hosting open houses and assisting senior buyer agents with property showings.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation

$160,000 per year.
