If so, we are looking for you! We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven A-player who wants to contribute and grow with a Real Estate investment company in San Diego.
- Own the management of our Dispo Pipeline from renovation handoff through the resale to the general public.
- Act as the liaison for all in-house listings, including agent activities such as holding/scheduling Open Houses, coordinating showings, facilitating offer negotiation, etc.
- Transaction coordination, including drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with escrow and agents, and anything else needed to get a deal to the finish line.
- Assist the team with reviewing inspections, title, and disclosures, and completing diligence.
- Provide market insight, suggestions, market plans, and opinion of value to the Asset Manager on assets.
- Oversee the marketing and sale of our assets, including renovation handoff walks, staging, photography, listing agent selection, listing coordination, and file auditing.
- Build relationships with agents and provide top-notch customer service throughout the disposition timeline.
- Work with the project management team on requests for repair negotiation, VPs, and callbacks.
- Weekly property visits as assigned (mainly in San Diego County).
- We are looking for someone who is willing to do whatever it takes, do tasks outside their “job description”, and is resourceful.
- Current CA Real Estate Persons License
- Proficient understanding of residential real estate and property management
- Proficient understanding of the escrow process, timelines, transaction coordination, and documentation
- We do our best to be as productive as possible during ‘normal’ business hours, but some after-hours and weekend work will be expected and required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and job responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when writing correspondence or speaking on the phone
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and business ethics
- High level of detail, organization, and task management
- Ability to problem solve and make solid independent judgment
- Ability and confidence to work independently – including outside a standard office
- Ability to prioritize and carry out tasks efficiently and competently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to adopt new software.
- Reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of the renovation process is a plus, but not a requirement
- A pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required

Compensation$70,000 - $85,000 per year
