- Train and become proficient in required techniques, equipment operation, and software for testing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Perform routine QC tests accurately and on time under supervision and according to standard protocols.
- Prioritize daily workload and develop independent working skills.
- Analyze data, report test results, and complete necessary documentation and database entries.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment, reporting issues to the QC Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain logs and required documentation.
- Prepare lab supplies, reagents, and assist in general laboratory maintenance.
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment, including addressing corrective actions when hazards are identified.
- Notify supervisors and Safety Officers of any hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
- Participate in group or intra-department teams and projects as needed.
- Engage in cross-training assignments.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- No prior experience explicitly required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience in a laboratory environment or with flow cytometry is a plus.
