Overview
Bio Legend is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support the basic administrative needs of the Flow Quality Control Department. This role finishes and updates production orders and enters, reviews, and verifies experimental data entries in internal databases. Additional duties include updating tracking spreadsheets, filing experimental data, and documenting management and inventory of released products and controls. The position works closely with all members of the Flow Quality Control team and with other departments within Manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Report product testing performed by the Flow Quality Control team by updating internal databases with product testing conclusions
- Update electronic internal product inventory
- Generate weekly and daily electronic reports
- File and maintain data printouts
- Maintain sample and controls inventories
- Help maintain lab cleanliness
- Perform job duties under ISO requirements and follow SOPs or work instructions
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required
Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry experience in a business environment
- Interest in the life sciences
Office:
The employee regularly works in an office setting. Occasional exposure to a laboratory and warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.
Lab:
The employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer and occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.
Salary:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.50 - $24.00/hr this range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered will consider internal equity, work location, and other factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Salary details may vary by location and are discussed with the recruiter during the hiring process.
Additional compensation details:
This base pay range does not include bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
