QA Inspector I – Millennium Soft Inc – San Diego, CA

Join Millennium Soft Inc for a Contract W2 6‑month QA Inspector I role. Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma and entry‑level experience. Eligibility requires US citizens or eligible green card holders.

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (US Citizens or eligible green card holders) – 40 hrs/week – 6 months.

Shifts: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday 9:00‑17:30.

Location: San Diego, CA.

• Visual inspection of bottled products, kits, and components; verify volume, label, material and batch numbers, and storage temperature.
• Review packaging batch records and ensure Technical Data Sheets and inserts are attached.
• Approve finished products for release to Finished Goods Inventory or Inventory Control for bottled components.
• File QA retention samples in QA Retention Sample inventory.
• Support external customers and internal teams:
  Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Quality, and Inventory Control.
• Perform SAP data entry and temperature monitoring of QA freezers.
• Assist in pulling and maintaining QA retains.
• Execute additional related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AS degree or college‑level science courses helpful).
• General office, computer data entry, zero to three years QA inspection experience.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision; fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills required:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, email; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Organizational skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must work in temperature environments 4 °C, ‑20 °C, ‑80 °C.
• Local travel to different client facilities in San Diego required.
