Quality Assurance Manager; Janitorial - 2Nd Shift

If so, we invite you to join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Quality Assurance Manager for our 2nd Shift. You will oversee nightly operations, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are met across all sites and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.

Base pay range: $22.00/yr - $25.00/yr

• Conducting thorough inspections and evaluations of services performed to guarantee compliance with our standards
• Collaborating closely with the daytime management team to share insights and improve processes
• Addressing client feedback with a proactive attitude, ensuring resolutions are implemented swiftly
• Implementing and refining quality control procedures to continuously enhance our offerings

• A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications in quality assurance or facility management are a plus
• Proven experience in janitorial quality assurance
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with team members and clients
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions
• Familiarity with janitorial industry standards and cleaning procedures
• Tech-savvy with experience in quality management software and MS Office applications
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality service
