Tour Guide

7sherpas is expanding its guide network and is looking for
experienced road cyclists and MTB riders
with a strong passion for outdoor sports and high-quality client experiences.

This is an
on-demand, project-based role
(not full-time), ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while working with premium cycling and outdoor programs.

• Confident road and/or mountain bike riders
• Mechanical skills are a
  strong plus
• Experience guiding individuals or small groups (preferred, not required)
• Professional, calm, and people-focused
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and preparation

• On-demand work based on project needs
• San Diego–based with flexibility for travel projects
• Collaboration with an experienced, detail-driven operations team
• Opportunities to work with international and VIP clients
