Description Pest Management Professional (We Train)
We’re ready to train a few good people for a long‑term career in professional pest management.
This is not a desk job and not a short‑term gig. It’s hands‑on, independent work that matters. Our Pest Control Department is looking for people who take pride in a job done right, enjoy working outdoors, and want to genuinely help others.
As a Pest Management Professional, you play an important role in protecting health, property, and the environment. You’ll work directly with customers, solve real‑world problems, and continually build technical knowledge you can be proud of. We value service, quality, education, and transparency—and we’re looking for people who do too.
What You’ll Do- Work independently to inspect properties and manage pest issues
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and recommendations
- Document work performed and materials used
- Apply training and critical thinking to solve new and evolving challenges
- Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates

No prior pest management experience is required. We provide training, ongoing education, and support to help you build a solid, respected career in this field.
Physical RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in varying conditions, perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and safely operate tools and equipment.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Must be insurable as a driver in the State of California, including a clean driving record and a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Must pass a background check that does not reveal issues preventing licensing by the California Structural Pest Control Board
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
