We are a privately owned, rapidly growing veterinary practice preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital—and we are seeking an Associate Veterinarian with 2+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their clinical career.

Position Overview
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care
- Perform general surgery with growing confidence
- Manage a diverse caseload in a high-volume setting
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate closely with technicians and teammates
- Continue developing your clinical and communication skills
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and patient care
This role balances independence with strong clinical support.
Qualifications
- Eligible for California licensure (in good standing)
- Ideally 2+ of clinical experience
- Comfortable with routine general surgery
- Experience in high-volume practice preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine

Compensation
- Base + Pro Sal: $120,000+ annually
, based on experience and production - Bonus potential with no negative accrual
