Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Hospital Manager located in San Diego, CA. The Veterinary Hospital Manager will oversee daily hospital operations, manage the hospital team, ensure high-quality animal care, and facilitate customer service excellence. Responsibilities also include staff scheduling, being an on-the-floor RVT presence, supervising administrative tasks with the support of the leadership team, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and support the hospital's goals.

Qualifications
  • Experienced in Practice Management and Hospital Management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Strong People skills to address client needs and maintain a positive working experience for the staff.
  • Proficient in Budgeting to manage financial aspects of the hospital effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage the team and foster relationships with clients and staff.
  • Leadership abilities and organizational skills are essential for managing a high-performing team and a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with veterinary software and tools.
  • Previous experience in veterinary or healthcare management is highly required.
