We’re seeking a reliable and friendly Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, helping to keep storefronts, homes, and local properties spotless while delivering exceptional service to our community.

• Complete window cleaning routes—typically within one local area.
• Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings).
• Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades.
• Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed.
• Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders.
• Flexible hours with commission opportunities based on work efficiency.
• Earn additional commissions for customers who sign up from your estimates.
• Enjoy working outdoors in beautiful San Diego, California.
• Paid training, uniforms, and all necessary equipment provided.
• Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors.
• Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles).
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid liability insurance.
• Ability to read maps and follow route directions.

Work generally begins in the early morning before most businesses open and finishes by mid-afternoon. Approximate hours range 7:00am - 3:00pm.

We are looking for courteous, self‑motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
