The APC Lead provides direct patient care while also functioning as a liaison between Focus Health leadership, Metis, and physician/APC teams. This role is responsible for fostering a collegial, inclusive, and high-performing culture, supporting APC development, and driving systemwide initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, provider engagement, and operational excellence.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensure:
  Active California license (NP or PA)
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential strongly preferred
• 1+ years of clinical experience as a NP or PA in a related area preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages preferred.
