• Education:
  
  NP with MSN or equivalent PA degree
• Licensure:
  Active California license (NP or PA)
• Board Certification:
  In Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics (or board-eligible)
• Skills:
  
  Strong communicator and team collaborator with a passion for patient-centered care
