Additional Details:  
* Established clinic needs a permanent Family NP

* Provider schedule:
Four 10-Hour Shifts per week and have some flexibility to a different schedule if preferred

* No Nights, Weekends or Call

* Clinic sees up to 16 patients per day

* Must be able to see all ages.

* Will work with other providers and full support staff

* Must be able to work independently

* Must be comfortable working in a rural area

* Prefers active CA license, but will wait for a CA license on right provider.
