Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages.

• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications include: active California license, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical and communication skills, and familiarity with medical coding.
