Highlights:
Intensive Care Unit specializing in medical, surgical, and cardiac critical care
Patient population includes shock, trauma, and other life-threatening conditions
Opportunity to deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards
Supervisory responsibilities including directing and coordinating multidisciplinary care
Mixed case environment supporting medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive patients
Utilization of critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
Requirements:
Active California RN license
ICU nursing experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Demonstrated ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care
Experience with critically ill patients in medical, surgical, or cardiac settings
