Nursing Supervisor – San Diego (Option Care Home Health LLC)

Option Care Health is the largest independent home and alternate site infusion services provider in the United States, with 8,000+ team members. We are seeking a licensed RN to supervise and manage patient care in a Medicare‑certified home health setting.

• Perform clinical management of home infusion patients, including patient assessment, care planning, education, and evaluation of progress.
• Document and bill home health/infusion care goods and services; maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Determine patient suitability for home care and supervise field staff during in‑home evaluations.
• Review and modify nursing care plans; act as Administrator or Director of Nursing in absence of a DC.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory entities and reporting requirements.
• Report nursing operational and financial data to regional leadership and support plan of care development.
• Develop and implement continuous education, orientation, and recruitment programs.
• Participate in infection prevention, process improvement teams, and provide service support to sales professionals.

• Registered Nurse with a current state license and 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or at least 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

• Reliable transportation to make home visits; personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance if required.
• Experience with local, state, federal, accrediting body, and OSHA rules/regulations.
• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Indirect management experience – developing, training, assigning work to team members.
• Time‑management skills, prioritization, organization, and meeting deadlines.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to travel at least 50 % of the time for business purposes within state and out of state.

• BSN.
• CRNI or other professional certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• At least 1 year of indirect management of team members.

Pay Range: $44.86 – $74.77 (equivalent to profile). Salary to be determined by applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
