Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla has served the greater San Diego community since 1924. Scripps La Jolla shares a campus with the Barbey Family Emergency and Trauma Center, a Level I Trauma Center, and the renowned Prebys Cardiovascular Institute.

We’re also home to notable specialty programs, including cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services (including a Level III neonatal intensive care unit) and a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.

This is a Full Time, 12-Hour Varied Shift (rotates NOC and day shifts every 4 months), CVICU RN position located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla – Prebys Cardiovascular Institute. This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K. Join the Scripps Health team and work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-centered healthcare.

The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of practice, focusing on cardiac diagnosis. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients  progress towards expected outcomes. They will work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
• One (1) year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU
• California Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Current American Heart Association ACLS
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Experience with Hemodynamic Monitoring in heart failure and cardiac surgery population

Position Pay Range: $59.16-$85.68/hour
