Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Ambulatory Care Supervisor, RN to oversee daily operations and patient care activities across our care teams. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role where you'll balance direct clinical responsibilities with team supervision. Reporting to the Ambulatory Care Manager, you’ll ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model and our organization's mission.
You’ll supervise, develop, and evaluate clinical staff (RNs and MAs), manage staffing schedules, and drive health outcomes, patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with all local/state/federal healthcare standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for mentorship, and is eager to make a lasting impact on care delivery.
