Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for outpatient plastic surgery centers in San Diego to perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop and implement anesthesia plans, administer general anesthesia/deep sedation/MAC, monitor intraoperative and recovery phases, and ensure safe discharge. Requires current NBCRNA certification, active California CRNA license, and preferably 2+ years of CRNA experience with outpatient/ASC or cosmetic anesthesia. Role involves collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff, documentation and regulatory compliance across procedures such as liposuction, breast lifts, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and abdominoplasty.

We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the San Diego area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Administer general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriate
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recovery
• Ensure safe discharge criteria are met
• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Procedures include but not limited to:
  Ascetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucks

Qualifications:

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active California CRNA license
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferred
• Outpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferred
