Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Supervisor — El Cajon, CA
Salary Range: $51.47 – $71.25/hour
About the Role:
A full-time leadership opportunity is available for a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical nursing staff and behavioral health programs, including addiction treatment services. This Monday–Friday role is ideal for an experienced RN leader who is passionate about patient-centered mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering behavioral health and substance use services.
Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows.
Provide direct patient care, including triage and assessments (approximately 50% of role).
Coordinate care with providers and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and support staff development.
Requirements to Apply:
Active California RN license and BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred).
Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience, with at least 1 year in behavioral health.
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
