Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) - Full-Time - Health Center at Casa de las Campanas

Rate of Pay
: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shifts and Pay Differentials
: AM shift; additional pay differentials of $1.25 per hour for the PM shift and $1.50 per hour for the NOC shift
Compensation Highlight
: $1,000 retention bonus if you meet the availability/hours requirement ($500 paid at 6 months and $500 paid at 1 year)
The Restorative Nursing Assistant will demonstrate exemplary knowledge and skill as a Certified Nursing Assistant. The person will promote independence and wellness with the residents, encouraging and promoting independent self-care skills.

- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years CNA experience preferred
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Formal training in restorative nursing
The Restorative Nursing Assistant promotes independence and wellness for residents and supports self-care skills.
EssentialJob Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, activities)
- Promptly report changes and any unusual occurrences to the Licensed Nurse
- Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures
- Participate in care planning conferences as requested
- Assist in transporting residents to and from activities
- Accurately document required data in a timely manner
- Respond to resident call lights promptly
- Follow facility policies and procedures and maintain performance standards
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate appropriate action
All employees must pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) per licensed residential care facility requirements. Some roles may require disclosure of COVID-19 vaccination status.
