Sharp Healthcare Clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 10‑hour day shift in our San Diego main outpatient clinic.

• Hourly Pay Range: $53.57 – $69.12 – $77.41

• Assist patients, staff, and physicians as needed to maintain high efficiency and patient care quality.
• Serve as a technical nursing expert for assigned areas.

• 1 year RN experience in a related clinical area.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license – CA Board of Registered Nursing (required).
• ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – American Heart Association (required).
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) – American Heart Association (required).

• Ambulatory care experience.
• Successful completion of conscious sedation training and testing.

• Clinical expertise with critical thinking skills, accurate documentation, and excellent IV skills.
• Prepares and monitors patients for treadmill stress testing, administers vasoactive IV medication, and interprets 12‑lead ECGs.
• Provides patient education, triage, and telephone message management as directed.
• Supports departmental efficiency, inventory, and patient flow management.

• IV proficiency.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with ≤2 errors.
