Overview

HIRING! RN Case Manager in San Diego, CA for Home Health and Hospice. We have several territories available. You must have home health or hospice nursing experience.

This is a full-time direct position with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

• Medical Insurance – Sea Coast contributes $225 per month toward employee medical premiums. Premiums are age-based, so the employee portion may vary.
• Dental & Vision Insurance – Available to employees as part of our benefits package; no cost to the employee for eligibility.
• 401(k) – Offered, but no company match at this time. Possibly in the future as the company grows.
• Paid Time Off / Vacation – Full-time employees receive 40 hours of vacation per year after 90 days of employment. In addition, employees receive 40 hours of paid sick leave annually, 6 paid holidays, and bereavement leave (up to 5 days, with the first 3 days paid).
• Mileage Reimbursement – Reimbursed at IRS mileage rate.

This is a FT perm position with employee benefits. All rates are negotiable depending on your experience.
