Recruiting for the RN – ICU – Full Time Seasonal System‑Wide Services position at Scripps Health
. This 13‑week seasonal assignment provides full‑time, 12‑hour varied shifts (primarily nights) across the five Scripps Health hospital campuses (Mercy Chula Vista, Mercy San Diego, Memorial La Jolla, Green – Torrey Pines, Memorial Encinitas). Eligibility for benefits and a floating schedule to all campuses. Completion bonus of $9,000 is available at the end of the initial 13‑week assignment.

Scripps Health Administrative Services supports a nationwide system of 5 hospitals and numerous outpatient sites. As a member of the Seasonal team in our SSRS department, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice: assessment, planning, implementation of care plans, and evaluation of patients’ progress toward expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patient’s care as delivered by the Care Team under supervision, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal care.

• 18 months of recent RN experience in an ICU department within a hospital setting.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS before start.
• Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated positive behaviors.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

• Assigned to all five Scripps Health hospital campuses:
  Encinitas, La Jolla, San Diego, Torrey Pines, and Chula Vista.

Position Pay Range: $58.00‑$84.00 per hour.
