House Supervisor- RN- Day Shift

House Supervisor – San Diego, CA (Full Time)

Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Select Specialty Hospital is a 110‑bed free‑standing Critical Illness Recovery Hospital located in downtown San Diego on Washington Street. We treat medically complex patients requiring extended post‑ICU care, with typical stays of 25‑30 days, allowing our team to build rapport with patients and families.

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient‑specific and facility‑wide needs, improving operations.

• Valid State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience.
• Prior clinical management experience.
• BSN preferred.
