Base pay range$72,000.00 per year – $ per year

As a Cheer Health LVN, you will provide high‑quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled, working alongside an incredible team that cares for both each other and our clients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
- Provide education on client’s diagnosis and treatment to ensure understanding
- Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and chronic condition management
- Maintain high organization while providing and documenting care
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience as a licensed vocational nurse
- Home health experience preferred
- Proof of a negative TB result
- Physical screening documentation within the last year
- Valid California driver’s license and car insurance
- Cell phone with internet access
- Hourly rate $35–$50, depending on experience, certifications, references, and car access
- Weekly payments
- Flexible schedule – per diem based on availability and travel preferences
- Various shifts: morning, afternoon, night, overnight
- Holiday pay: time and a half
