ECO: Francis Street Beautification

Join District 9 City Council member Sean Elo‑Rivera's office as they host a beautification project on Francis Street in Mt. Hope. Volunteers will be painting over graffiti, picking up litter, and working side by side to keep this neighborhood clean and welcoming. After this event, Stockton Rec Center will be hosting a Christmas‑inspired event with food and a Santa for the children in the neighborhood.
Once the beautification project wraps up, volunteers will be welcome to join the celebration.
Attire: Closed‑toe shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. This opportunity takes place outdoors with little or no shade, so volunteers should wear sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat.
Bring: Reusable water bottle.
Physical Requirements: No physical requirements. This project can accommodate individuals with physical limitations. The space where this project takes place is wheelchair accessible.
